Our scope included full design responsibility for all architectural, structural and MEPH services, structural audit of a partially complete steel installation, completion of all structural elements including remediation works, piling, below ground drainage, basement construction, structural waterproofing and cavity drainage, MEPH, security and lift services installation, scaffolding, façade restoration, mansard and dormer works to roof including all slate and lead works, all windows and doors, acoustic plant enclosures and full internal fit-out.
